Hi, I’m Noorain, a fellow maker mom. I am a Tunisian crochet designer and blogger. I am a Muslim mom from Hyderabad, India! I am currently in Cleveland, OH with my husband and 8 year old son! When I began this journey, my son was my biggest inspiration!
I share mostly Tunisian crochet patterns for women, children, and the home! Over the years I have evolved from just having an Etsy shop to being on a variety of social media platforms and sharing free and paid Tunisian crochet patterns as well as tutorials on YouTube!
When I first started this journey, I had a very active and adorable toddler who I like to call Bubs! He is my inspiration for making cute knitted and crocheted children’s pieces! Read more about how my mompreneur life came together here. Since launching this business, I have evolved into so many more roles including an educator, designer, and more!
On this blog, you’ll find useful and fun information about my knitting and Tunisian crochet projects. You’ll also find links to my paid and free patterns to make all the things for the lil’ bugs in your life as well as for yourself and your home! I want this blog to inspire my fellow maker moms because I know that feeling when our littles circle our yarn like kitties and use our hooks and needles like toys! I’ll be posting about my life as a maker mom so you can relate with my experiences and feel inspired to grow in your journey as a knitting and or crochet mom!
I also create knitting and crochet video tutorials as part of my Stitchin’ Saturday series on YouTube. You can check them out by going here
If you’d like to stay in touch, you can join my mailing list here. You will receive a free pdf pattern including a video tutorial for a fun sampler Tunisian crochet caterpillar stuffie I designed in honor of my brand logo which was inspired by a crochet caterpillar applique I created for my Bub’s very first knitted blanket!
You can also check out my fun and easy knit ear warmer pattern. It includes baby to adult sizes and is knit in the round with bulky weight yarn. It also makes for a great mommy and me set. Check it out in my Ravelry shop or my Etsy shop!
Here are some of my favorite latest Tunisian crochet patterns as an experienced crochet designer! From left to right: Autumn Embers Cowl, Snowscapes Scarf, and the Autumn Diamonds Cape!
